Corporate gifts under $100, without looking like it

There is a persistent belief that a hundred dollars does not buy a gift worth sending. It does. What it does not buy is a large gift, and that is the trap most companies fall into: they spend eighty dollars on volume instead of quality and end up with a big box of things nobody wanted.

Under $100 is the workhorse band for corporate gifting. It is where broad employee sends live, where event follow-ups live, and where most thank-yous should live. Spend it on three or four genuinely good items and a handwritten card, and it outperforms a $150 box padded to look generous.

What the budget buys at this level

At $55 to $70 you get a focused build: one anchor item plus two consumables. The Pick-Me-Up at $55 and The Savory Loft at $70 are built exactly this way.

At $70 to $85 there is room for a fourth item and better packaging. The Afternoon Pause at $75, The GF/V Loft at $75 and The Coffee Crate at $85 sit here.

Every one of them includes the handwritten card, the branded packaging at volume and the same packing standard as our $385 build. The difference is scope, not care.

When under $100 is the right call

Company-wide employee sends

Anything above about a hundred recipients, this is the band. Going higher rarely changes how the gift is received and multiplies your budget fast. Spend the difference on making sure it arrives on the right day.

Event and conference follow-up

Sending to a list you met once. The gift is a reminder, not a relationship. Keep it modest, make it good and put the effort into the note.

Thank-yous and recognition

A same-week gift at $60 does far more for morale than a $200 gift six weeks later. Speed is the variable that matters here, not spend.

Anything you send often

Recurring programs, monthly recognition, quarterly client touches. Sustainable spend beats a single grand gesture you cannot repeat.

When to spend more

Push above $100 when the relationship is specific and named: a client whose renewal is in play, a senior hire on day one, a conference VIP, a sympathy send. The rule is simple. If you can name the person and the reason, spend more. If you are sending to a list, stay in this band and put the money into curation.

Ranges above this are on corporate gift boxes, from Signature at $95 to $200 through to bespoke builds.

Volume pricing

List prices are per unit for single gifts. At 25 units and up you get volume pricing, free branding on the card, ribbon and box, recipient address collection and Net 30 invoicing. Most teams find the effective per-unit cost of a $75 box lands meaningfully below list once volume is applied.

Send a brief from the corporate page with headcount and budget and a quote comes back within four business hours.

Common questions

Is the price visible in the box?

Never. No prices, no invoices, no packing slips with amounts. Ever.

Can we mix budget tiers in one order?

Yes, and most companies should. One build for the wider team, a higher tier for clients and leadership, one brief and one invoice.

Does the handwritten card cost extra?

No. It is included at every price point, including the $55 build.
