Co-branded boxes are an option, too.
Sending 25 or more? We handle the curation, addresses, cards, and logistics — you handle the people.
What a corporate gift box should actually contain
Most gift boxes fail the same way. They are full, they are branded, and nothing inside is good enough to keep. The recipient reads the card, eats the one thing that looks edible and puts the rest in a drawer. That box cost you forty dollars and bought you nothing.
A gift box works when every item in it clears a bar the recipient would not clear for themselves on an ordinary Tuesday. That means fewer things, chosen properly. Six items worth keeping beats fourteen items where four are filler, every time, and it usually costs the same.
The anatomy of a box that lands
One anchor item
Something with obvious quality that sets the tone the moment the lid comes off. Single-origin coffee, a linen-bound notebook, a proper wool throw. This is what the recipient tells someone else about.
Two or three consumables
Chocolate, caramels, tea, preserves, spice blends. Consumables get used, which means the gift is experienced rather than stored. They also solve the problem of gifting people whose taste you do not know.
A handwritten card
The single highest-return item in any box and the cheapest. People remember what you wrote for years after they have forgotten what was in the box. Every Gift Loft box includes a real handwritten card in ink on letterpress stock, and we will help you write it if you want.
Packaging that does not fight you
Kraft board, a ribbon, a belly band. The box should feel considered when it arrives and be recyclable when it is empty. Nobody wants to dismantle a plastic clamshell at their front door.
Choosing a size
Standard, under $100. The right band for broad employee sends, event attendees and thank-yous at volume. See corporate gifts under $100 or start with The Coffee Crate and The Pick-Me-Up.
Signature, $95 to $200. Where a box starts reading as considered rather than procedural. Right for clients, new hires and anyone whose renewal or retention matters. The Cozy Loft and The Foodie Loft sit here.
Bespoke, $200 and up. Built from scratch to a brief. Executive relationships, conference VIPs, board gifts. Start with The Build-a-Bespoke.
Branding, done properly
At 25 units and up we brand the card, the ribbon, the belly band and the outer box at no extra cost. We will generally talk you out of branding the products inside. The distinction matters more than people expect: a logo on the packaging reads as a gift from your company, and a logo on the blanket reads as an advertisement you have asked someone to keep in their home.
Dietary requirements are not an edge case
Any send above about thirty people contains someone who is coeliac, vegan, pregnant, sober or observant. Handing that person a box they cannot open is worse than sending nothing. Our GF/V Loft is gluten-free and vegan at the same price as the standard box, every build can be made alcohol-free, and when we collect recipient addresses for you we ask about restrictions in the same form.
Ordering one box, or two thousand
Single boxes ship as-is from the shop, next business day, with your note written by hand. No minimum and no account needed.
At 25 units and up you get volume pricing, a named contact, free branding, address collection and Net 30 invoicing. Send a brief from the corporate page and a quote comes back within four business hours.
