Sending holiday gifts to 100+?
Sending 25 or more? We handle the curation, addresses, cards, and logistics — you handle the people.
Corporate holiday gifting, planned before December
Holiday gifting is the one send that everybody notices and nobody has time for. It lands in the same four weeks as year-end close, performance reviews and half your team taking PTO. The companies that get it right are the ones that decided in October.
Gift Loft runs holiday programs for teams sending 25 boxes and teams sending 2,500. You give us the headcount, the budget per person and the date it needs to land. We handle curation, branded cards, address collection, packing and tracking, and you get one invoice instead of forty receipts.
When to start
Book by the first week of November. That is not a sales line, it is a supply constraint: premium food producers cap December volume, carriers surcharge and slow down after Thanksgiving, and handwritten cards take real hours. Briefs that land in October ship on time at the price quoted. Briefs that land on 5 December ship expedited at expedited prices, if at all.
If you are reading this in December, send the brief anyway and say it is urgent. We keep capacity back for exactly that, and smaller builds move faster than large custom ones.
What works in a holiday box
Something consumable
Holiday gifts arrive in a season when everyone is already drowning in objects. Coffee, chocolate, caramels and preserves get used and remembered. A branded desk item gets a drawer.
Something they would not buy themselves
The whole point of a gift is that it clears a bar the recipient would not clear for themselves on a Tuesday. Single-origin coffee rather than supermarket beans. Real letterpress rather than a printed card.
Nothing that assumes
Holiday sends cross every dietary requirement and every belief system your company employs. We keep gluten-free and vegan builds at the same price as standard, we default to alcohol-free unless you tell us otherwise, and we write “happy holidays” unless you ask for something specific.
Budgets that actually work
For broad employee sends, $55 to $85 a person does real work when the curation is good. Our Coffee Crate and Afternoon Pause sit in that band.
For clients and accounts you want to keep, $115 to $215 is the range where a gift reads as considered rather than transactional. The Conference VIP and The Cozy Loft land there.
For executive and strategic relationships, The Executive Holiday at $385 is built for the twenty people whose renewal matters most. Browse everything on the shop page, or filter by corporate gifts under $100.
How a holiday program runs
You send a brief with occasion, headcount, budget and target delivery date. We come back within four business hours with a quote and mockups. You approve, and we send one link to collect addresses and dietary notes from recipients so you never build the spreadsheet. We pack, write the cards by hand, ship against your date and invoice on Net 30.
Common questions
Can we put our logo on the holiday boxes?
On the card, ribbon, belly band and outer box, yes, free at 25 units and up. On the products inside, we will push back. A branded blanket is swag; a good blanket with a branded card is a gift.
Can gifts go to home addresses?
Yes, and for holiday sends most do. We collect home addresses directly from recipients so you are not handling personal data internally.
Can different recipients get different boxes?
Yes. Tiering is normal: one build for the wider team, a higher tier for clients and leadership. One brief, one invoice.
What about international recipients?
We ship the US and Canada as standard. For other countries, tell us in the brief, because for larger sends we can usually ship from a closer origin rather than paying to fly perishables across an ocean.
