What is included at 25 units and up
Address collection
We send each recipient a short link asking for their shipping address and any dietary restrictions, then chase the ones who do not answer. You never build the spreadsheet and personal data never sits in your inbox.
Volume pricing
Per-unit pricing drops with quantity across all three tiers. Send your headcount and budget in the brief and the quote comes back with the real number.
Free branding
Your logo on the card, ribbon, belly band and outer box at no extra cost. We leave the contents unbranded, on purpose. A logo on the packaging says the gift came from you; a logo on the blanket says you bought advertising.
Individually handwritten cards
Real ink, letterpress stock, one at a time. Send a message column and each recipient gets a different note. This is the single detail that stops a large send feeling like a mailshot.
Net 30 invoicing
One invoice, PO numbers accepted, no card at checkout, and we can work with your procurement process.
Timelines
Two weeks from approved brief to delivery is comfortable. One week is achievable. Under a week is possible on standard builds but not on bespoke ones.
The exception is Q4. Get holiday briefs in by the first week of November, because premium producers cap December volume and carriers slow down after Thanksgiving. More on that on the corporate holiday gifts page.
Choosing a build at volume
Under $100. Company-wide sends, event follow-up, large thank-you programs. See corporate gifts under $100.
$95 to $200. Clients, new hires, anyone whose retention is worth a line item. The Cozy Loft, The Foodie Loft.
$200 and up. Executive and strategic sends, built to a brief. The Build-a-Bespoke.
Most bulk orders tier: one build for the wider list, a higher one for a named group. That is one brief and one invoice, not two orders.
Dietary requirements at scale
Above about thirty recipients you will have people who are coeliac, vegan, pregnant, sober or observant. At four hundred you will have dozens. Sending them something they cannot open is worse than sending nothing, and it is the failure people remember.
We ask every recipient directly when we collect addresses, and we swap builds automatically. The GF/V Loft is gluten-free and vegan at the same price as the standard box, so the swap costs you nothing.
Common questions
What is the actual minimum for bulk terms?
25 units. Below that everything still ships, just at list price through the shop.
Can boxes arrive on the same day?
Within the same two to three day window, reliably. Same-calendar-day across a national list is not something anyone can honestly promise, and we would rather say so.
What happens to wrong addresses?
We re-ship to a corrected address and charge only the extra shipping. If we collected the address, we cover that too.
Can we split delivery across dates?
Yes. Cohort start dates, phased launches and regional waves are all normal. Say so in the brief.
Can we run this every quarter?
Yes, and recurring programs price better because we hold stock against them. Tell us the cadence.
