Gifting, without the busywork
Gift Loft exists because sending a good gift is easy, and sending four hundred good gifts is a part-time job nobody signed up for.
Somebody at your company has a spreadsheet. It has names, addresses, a column for sizes that is half empty, and a deadline. That person did not go to school for logistics. They are an executive assistant, or an HR coordinator, or a founder who has run out of people to delegate to, and every December the spreadsheet comes back.
We built Gift Loft for that person. You tell us the occasion, the headcount, and roughly what you want to spend. We handle curation, sourcing, packing, the handwritten cards, address collection, and the part where three of the addresses turn out to be wrong. What arrives is a box that looks like somebody thought about it, because somebody did.
What we believe about gifts
A gift with a logo on it is not a gift
It is an advertisement the recipient is expected to store in their home. We will put your brand on the card, the ribbon and the note, the things a person reads once and appreciates. We will not put it on the blanket.
Fewer, better items beat a full basket
Padding is easy and everyone can tell. A box with six things worth keeping reads as more generous than a box with fourteen things, four of which go straight in the bin. We would rather send less and have it all be good.
The note is the gift
People remember what you wrote longer than what you sent. Every Gift Loft box includes a real handwritten card, actual ink and actual handwriting, not a font that looks like handwriting. If you need help with what to say, we will help you say it.
Dietary needs are not an afterthought
Nothing sours a welcome gift like handing someone a box they cannot eat. We keep gluten-free, vegan and alcohol-free builds in the core lineup at the same price as everything else, so swapping one in costs you nothing and takes one line in the brief.
How we work
For one-off gifts, everything in the shop ships as-is. Pick a box, write your note at checkout, and we do the rest.
For volume, meaning 25 units and up, send us a brief and you get a human, a quote and mockups. Most briefs come back within four business hours. We collect the addresses for you if you do not have them, which is usually the part that stalls these projects for three weeks.
For anything that does not fit either of those, ask. Bespoke builds start around 200 dollars a unit and we have put together everything from conference VIP kits to a sympathy send that had to arrive the next morning in three cities.
